AzTAP is required to have an advisory council, the Assistive Technology Advisory Board, which meets two times a year. Advisory rather than governing in structure, the members provide input and feedback about AzTAP’s services and outcomes. Its membership includes representatives from:

  • Arizona Department of Education
  • Arizona Rehabilitation Services Administration
  • A State Center for Independent Living
  • State Workforce Investment Board
  • Protection and Advocacy Organization
  • Consumers with Disability and/or family members
  • Healthcare Providers
  • Senior –focused human services organization
  • Native American Tribe
