REGISTRATION FEES FOR CONFERENCE EVENTS

Unless specified otherwise, fees include breakfasts, lunches, CEUs, electronic access to conference materials and  Networking Reception on Monday afternoon. Although you will select a tract (AT, EBP, or AIVRTTAC) when you register, you can attend any and all regular conference sessions that interest you, regardless of the track.

SPECIAL REGISTRATION FEE DISCOUNTS

Persons Working in Arizona Public School Districts or Charter Schools Thanks to support from the Arizona Department of Education – Exceptional Student Services, if you are employed by an Arizona School District or public charter school, we are offering a limited number of discounted registration slots. This applies to teachers, administrators, OTs, PTs, SLPs, paraprofessionals, school counselors and psychologists, etc. The registration fee is $150 and is good for the regular conference on Monday and Tuesday. (The discount does not apply to preconference workshops.) When prompted on the registration form, enter the discount code AZSchools2018. You will then see additional fields to provide information about your employer for verification purposes.

Consumer/Family Members* – A limited number of discounted registrations at $150 for the two-day regular conference are available to persons with disabilities and/or family members*. Please contact Martha Lewis at 602.776.4670 or Martha.lewis@nau.edu for more information and the applicable code.

*The conference format is not designed for children, and we are unable to provide childcare services. Please make alternative arrangements for your children.

Full-Time College Students College students interested in attending the regular conference at a discounted registration fee of $150 must verify their full-time student status prior to registering. To do so:

  1. Request that an administrator or faculty member at your college or university send an email to martha.lewis@nau.edu verifying your full-time status.
  2. The email must include
    1. Your name
    2. Your email
    3. Name of school
    4. Program of study
    5. Contact information for faculty member or administrator

When Martha receives the email verifying your full-time status, she will email you a discount code to use when registering online. After you register, we will match your information with the faculty email. You will be notified if there are any problems. The Exhibit Hall will be open to the community free of charge only on Monday afternoon, July 9th from 1:30 – 6:00 p.m. Pre-registration is strongly recommended. Note: An Exhibit Hall pass does not include access to conference sessions or meals.
